The service
People Know People is a product of Beshears Advisory LLC (“we,” “us”). It provides a subscription software platform for business networking groups: referral tracking, meetings, communication, member and guest management, resources, and reporting. The group that subscribes (through its admin) is responsible for the accounts it invites.
Subscriptions and trials
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at signup. Charges appear on your statement under Beshears Advisory LLC. New groups receive a 30-day free trial; a payment method is required at signup and billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless the subscription is canceled first. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the paid period.
Your content
Your group owns the content it puts into the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, displaying, and transmitting your content to your group). Admins can export the group's data at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, upload unlawful content, attempt to access other groups' data, or interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to group admins. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@peopleknowpeople.com.
