How do networking groups track closed business?
Each referral in People Know People carries an outcome: when it closes, the receiving member records the dollar value and date. Those outcomes roll up into member and group totals automatically, so leaders can report closed business for any period without chasing updates.
Group report
Six totals over any period — referrals, closed business, meetings, attendance rate, one-on-ones, and guests — with the detail behind each number. Pick 30, 90, 180, or 365 days.
Personal report
Every member sees their own numbers: referrals given, closed business from their referrals, their attendance rate, their one-on-ones, and the guests they have brought. Individual value, visible without a leader having to compile it.
Reporting that respects members
Metrics should show group health, not create performance anxiety. People Know People tracks what happens as a side effect of normal use — no separate reporting chores, no leaderboard shaming, and leaders decide what to share.
