Who we are
People Know People is a product of Beshears Advisory LLC (“we,” “us”), the company that operates the service and is responsible for the information described in this policy.
What we collect
Account information you provide: names, email addresses, and the business-profile details members choose to add (company, title, contact details, photo). Group content your members create: referrals, meeting records, discussion posts, one-on-one logs, resources, and guest records. Billing is handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and identifiers, not card numbers.
How we use it
To run the product: showing your group its own data, sending the emails the product sends (login codes, meeting reminders, notifications members can turn off), and processing subscription billing through Stripe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your group's content for advertising.
Who can see your group's data
Each group's data is isolated to that group. Members see their group's shared content; group admins manage their own group; the platform operator has administrative access for support and billing. Data is never shared between groups.
Your choices and rights
Every member controls their own notification emails from their profile page. Group admins can export the group's full data at any time. To ask about, correct, or delete personal information, contact hello@peopleknowpeople.com and we will respond promptly.
Security and retention
Data is stored with encryption in transit, access is limited to what each role needs, and sign-in uses single-use email codes instead of stored passwords. If a subscription ends, group data is retained so the group can reactivate; admins can request deletion instead.
